Everything here is done in the client area under Services.
Upgrade to a bigger plan
Open your service and choose Upgrade, then pick the new plan. You see the price before you confirm. Your files stay on the server; restart it to use the new resources.
Don’t see the button, or need more than our biggest plan? Ask for a custom plan.
Add extra RAM
Some plans offer Extra RAM when you order. To add it to a running server, open a ticket and we change it for you.
Cancel
- Download a backup first. Files are deleted after the service ends.
- Open the service and choose Cancel.
- Pick end of billing period to keep playing until the time you paid for runs out.
