Terms of Service.

These Terms explain how TheXHosting services may be ordered, used, renewed, suspended, supported and terminated. They are written for Minecraft hosting, Discord bot hosting and related customer services.

Important: This is a professional starter policy for a hosting website. Review it with a qualified advisor before relying on it for production sales.

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, using a service or accessing the client area, the customer agrees to follow these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and any product-specific rules shown at checkout.

If a customer does not agree with these terms, the customer should not place an order or use the service. TheXHosting may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of services after changes are posted may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Accounts and security

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure and protecting any API keys, passwords, SFTP details, bot tokens, database credentials or private files connected to the service.

TheXHosting is not responsible for loss caused by weak passwords, shared accounts, compromised devices, leaked tokens or unauthorized access caused by the customer. Customers should contact support immediately if they believe an account or service has been compromised.

3. Service activation

Services may be provisioned automatically after payment or after fraud checks, stock checks or manual review. Activation times shown on the website are estimates and may depend on payment confirmation, node availability, product configuration and anti-abuse controls.

TheXHosting may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, high risk, incorrectly priced, technically impossible to provide or not aligned with the intended use of the product.

4. Minecraft and bot hosting resources

Plans include the resources shown at checkout, such as RAM, CPU allocation, storage and database limits. Resource descriptions are intended to help customers choose a plan but do not guarantee a fixed performance result for every plugin, modpack, world, bot codebase or player count.

Performance may depend on software version, plugin quality, modpack weight, world size, entity count, view distance, bot libraries, database usage, network route and customer configuration. Customers are responsible for choosing a plan that fits their workload and upgrading when usage grows.

5. Payments and renewals

Services are billed according to the billing cycle shown at checkout, usually monthly unless another cycle is displayed. Customers are responsible for paying invoices on time and keeping payment methods up to date.

Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension, late fees, termination or data deletion after the applicable grace period. TheXHosting may change prices for future renewal periods by posting updated pricing or notifying affected customers where appropriate.

6. Suspension and termination

TheXHosting may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, network attacks, spam, malware, illegal content, chargebacks, policy violations, excessive resource abuse, threats toward staff or activity that risks the stability of other customers.

Suspension may limit access to the panel, files, databases or network connectivity. Terminated services may be permanently deleted, and TheXHosting is not obligated to keep backups after termination unless required by law or agreed in writing.

7. Backups and customer data

Customers should keep their own backups of worlds, plugins, mods, bot files, databases, configuration files and any other important data. Any backup feature offered by TheXHosting is provided as a convenience and should not be treated as the only copy of customer data.

TheXHosting may not be able to restore data after corruption, accidental deletion, plugin failure, customer error, unpaid invoices, abuse suspension, node failure or service termination. Customers should download backups before making risky changes.

8. Support scope

Support may help with service access, billing, panel issues, hosting configuration, network-side problems and general guidance. Support may not include custom plugin development, bot programming, modpack debugging, third-party software fixes, game design, code review or guaranteed performance tuning.

When opening a ticket, customers should include service name, relevant screenshots, console logs, error messages, recent changes and steps already attempted. Customers must not send passwords, private keys or Discord bot tokens in public channels.

9. Uptime and maintenance

TheXHosting aims to provide reliable services, but no hosting provider can guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream provider issues, DDoS attacks, software bugs, customer misconfiguration and force majeure events may affect availability.

Status pages, monitoring tools or incident posts may be used to communicate known issues. Scheduled maintenance may be performed to improve security, stability and performance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheXHosting is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost player activity, lost community reputation, lost bot data, plugin failures, modpack corruption, interruption of gameplay or damage caused by customer configuration.

The total liability of TheXHosting for a claim may be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during a reasonable period before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to services

TheXHosting may update, replace, modify or discontinue features, plans, node locations, hardware, software versions, panels, billing flows or support processes as the business evolves. Changes may be made for security, stability, pricing, abuse prevention or operational reasons.

Where practical, TheXHosting may provide notice for material changes that affect existing customers, but emergency changes may be made without advance notice to protect the platform.
