How it works
Ask, get approved, start.
1. Ask
Open a ticket with the subject Photo hosting: your client area email, the size you want and who will use it. No account yet? Create one first.
2. We approve
Usually within 1 business day. Sometimes longer, on weekends or when we add storage for you. Then you get a private order link.
3. Press Start
Order, open the panel and press Start. A minute later Immich is ready and you make your account.
4. Back up your phone
Install the free Immich app and turn on backup. New photos upload by themselves. Read the guide.

What is Immich?
A free, open-source photo and video app, made to replace Google Photos and iCloud Photos. We run it for you on our server: you get the web page and the phone app, we keep it running.
How many photos fit?
A phone photo takes about 3–4 MB, so 100 GB holds about 25,000 photos. One minute of 4K video from a phone takes about 200–400 MB. Not sure? Tell us how big your phone gallery is and we suggest a size.
Can I move from Google Photos or iCloud?
Yes. Download your photos (Google Takeout or iCloud) and upload them to Immich in your browser. Big library? Open a ticket and we help.
Why do you approve photo servers by hand?
Photos need a lot of disk space. Checking each request means we only sell space we really have, and your server never runs out of room.
Is this my only backup?
It shouldn’t be. Our panel backups protect against mistakes, but for photos you can’t lose, keep a second copy on your own computer or drive.
