2. Billing and payment data
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. TheXHosting may receive payment status, invoice references, transaction identifiers, billing contact details and fraud screening results, but full card details are normally handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by TheXHosting.
Billing information is used to process orders, renew services, prevent fraud, handle refunds, respond to disputes and maintain accounting records.
3. Service and log data
Hosting services may generate logs that include IP addresses, timestamps, commands, startup messages, crash output, plugin errors, bot process output or file activity. Logs may be used for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security monitoring and service reliability.
Customers should avoid putting private data, passwords, bot tokens or sensitive personal information into server files, public console output or support messages unless necessary for the specific support request.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to provide hosting services, activate orders, manage accounts, process payments, respond to support tickets, detect abuse, secure infrastructure, improve the website, monitor performance and comply with legal obligations.
TheXHosting may also use service information to understand capacity needs, plan upgrades, investigate incidents, enforce policies and communicate with customers about service-related updates.

Providers should only receive information needed for their role. TheXHosting does not intend to sell customer personal information as a data broker.

No online service is perfectly secure. Customers should use strong passwords, protect account access, rotate compromised credentials and avoid sharing secrets in public channels.
8. Retention
Account, billing, support and service records may be kept for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse and maintain business records. Deleted services may remain in backups for a limited period until backup rotation removes them.
TheXHosting may retain certain records longer if required for tax, fraud, chargeback, security, abuse investigation or legal reasons.
